Hi everybody! It looks like it’s my turn to share my own 30 Quick Questions video. If you didn’t already see Charlotte’s video, you can view it here. One thing I love about this style of Q&A is how simple they are, and the fact that you get to know the person fairly well in less than three minutes. Without further ado, here’s my video. Enjoy!
I hope this video brought a little sparkle of fun to your day. And, if you just so happen to relate to any of my answers, I’d love to read all about it in the comments section below.
Do you like boardgames?
Would you go wing-suit-flying with me?
What gives you strength?
Love always,
Jessica, the Eldest Sister
I love board games AND cheetos! Haha! π
AND I love getting to know you girls just a tad better!
It is interesting to me that you are ESTJ. I always felt like I was similar to both you and Charlotte (from what I could tell about, say, your outlook on life through blog posts & video blogs); but as an ESFP, it appears I’m closer to Charlotte . . . Perhaps we both have the “eldest sibling” traits especially in common π
Hi, Jessica! This was such a fun video, I really enjoyed it :). I love to indulge on podcasts too, especially when sewing! Which ones do you like to listen to? I usually listen to Thread Cult and Unravel: A Fashion Podcast.
I would defiantly go wing-suit-flying! That sounds sooo fun!
LOVED the video!

It did bring a sparkle to both mine and my sister’s day! Thank you Jessica! It was wonderful getting to know you a little bit better. π
And I love Almost Like Being In Love? I like how it fits so many different types of things and situations.
Tut tut, there should be no question mark on Almost Like Being In Love. π
That was fun to watch! I would definitely go wing suit jumping with you!! And forgiveness despite a lot of pain is a lesson I too learned last year.
Hi Jessica
This was a great video – it is a fun way to get to know you better.
Angel is really cute and I love your outfit
These are so much fun!
Cheetos are some of my favorite! Oh well, more for me π
Ugh, I am right with you though on mosquitoes. And mystery movies. Nothing better for a cold rainy day!
Thanks for doing these, it was good to get to know you better, Jessica!
These videos are such fun, girls!
Loved watching this Jessica! Funny thing….I don’t like board games either:)

I loved the video! I have a question; what did you mean when you said you were terrified of psychological issues? I didn’t really understand. You’re my inspiration by the way!
Thank you, Emma!
As for what I said about being terrified by psychological issues, I had a very traumatic experience several years ago that was stress and worry related. I had never experienced any kind of mental trauma before that experience. In fact, I am a pretty relaxed easy going person! But, I ended up having a terrible panic attack during that stressful time period, one that I couldn’t shake for a couple of weeks. Looking back on it now I have realized and fully believe that during that time the Lord was stripping me of all the meaningless things that gave me comfort and satisfaction, making it so that the only comfort I could find was through lots of prayer, and meditation on His Word. I am still emotionally and mentally scarred by that experience, so things relating to it still scare me a bit. Thus, I try and stay away from any psychological issues. I hope that makes sense.
Thank you, Emma! That made me smile. π
Blessings,
Jessica, the Eldest Sister
Hi Jessica!
Your hair looks amazing! How do you get those perfect curls?!
I have to agree with you on the cheetos. I don’t like the taste or the yucky orange stuff that gets on your fingers after. ?I also love mystery movies and novels! They are the best. I do however love board games. My favorites are Clue and Life. And a Downton Abbey one I just got. I probably wouldn’t go wing-suit flying. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but it sounds rather frightening. ?
What gives me strength are my family, friends, the Lord, and quite honestly, your blog. I always feel uplifted after visiting and reading your latest post.
Many blessings!
xo

PS- Angel is so cute! What kind of dog is she? ?
Hi, Mary!
Thank you! It just takes about fifteen minutes worth of time to put them up in sponge rollers before bed. And, if I’m lucky, they will last the next three days!
Yeah, the cheetos obsession that most people have just never sat with me. On top of that, as soon as I learned all about various kinds of harmful ingredients that make up a cheeto, I decided I would never touch them again. Not worth it.
Clues is fun, but I would rather play Apples to Apples, or Mexican train with Dominoes. The Downton Abbey board game sounds intriguing, though.
Here is a link to wingsuit flying.
Aw! Thank you dear! That really made my day to read this from you. You are so sweet, Mary. <3
Blessings to you, too!
Love,
Jessica, the Eldest Sister
P.S. Angel is a Lhasa Apso. She is my widdle girl. π
I can relate to the lesson that the Lord taught you this last year…forgiveness. It’s a POWERFUL lesson, yes?! π
P.S. I LOVE Mediterranean food! π π π
These are so fun. I think it is some of the little random facts about a person that really make you feel like you know them better. I would have to take some time to figure out what my answers to some of these would actually be!
And sorry, but I rather doubt that you would ever find me wing-suit-flying. π That would rather take me out of my comfort zone. I would much rather go white water rafting or skiing. (Though I am not sure that going headlong down a hill at high speeds is quite my idea of fun either. π )

I love podcasts! What podcasts do you listen to?
I’m with you Jessica! I for some reason have never really enjoyed playing board games or card games- which is sometimes difficult because ALL my family and friends really enjoy playing games and I don’t like to play, but I don’t like to not participate either… π
Finally someone who can relate! π Great video!
This was cute too. π I love boardgames! I’ve just bought a Scrabble on a flea market for about 3 dollars, and cannot wait to play it. Now my adult son and his girlfriend like boardgames too, so perhaps I can team up with them. No wing suit flying for me, sorry, I don’t dare. I have found that needlework gives me piece in my mind and is such a great relaxation whily you actually produce something. Have a nice day, girls. π
