Hello good friends!
With all of the scrambling I have been doing around here lately to keep up with work at the Greenhouse, blogging, and Kingdom Pen; getting a little sewing done, and performing at a few venues, my weeks have been full. So full I guess that it has been difficult to put in some forethought to a blog post, but then, I realized that we had not put up a favorite comments post. Well, here it is, and I hope you all enjoy reviewing these uplifting messages from our blogging community just as much as we have. Enjoy!
Elizabeth–Pigeons and doves are the best. I have three pet doves, and they have a lot more personality than people would think.
Kayla–I love your story. Sensation is beautiful!!
I love animals of all kinds. My favorite is the horse, but alas, I haven’t one. My family does have goats, rabbits, quail, 3 dogs, and 6 cats. The quail are so fun to watch. They move in a special way that no other bird does and they make beautiful sounds too only I can not spell the sounds out like you can spell out “cooing”.
Once my sister and I found a Blue Jay chick on the ground in our yard. We took it in and raised it for several months. We named her Jessy. At first we had to feed her wet cat food, but when she got bigger we caught her bugs to eat. We had lots of fun raising her and when we finally had to let her go I felt like I was going to cry. Even after we let her go, we could call her name and she would answer from somewhere in the tree tops. Later, we saw her with another Jay and we knew she was happy, if birds can be happy.
Hannah Batchelder–This looks so summery. You should do a photoshoot with this dress and ice cream cones, as that is what my mind immediately went to when I saw it. 😛 Congratulations on being able to give back, that generation has given us so much.
P.S. I hope this isn’t rude to say here but I’d just like to let you know that I’ve started a blog now. Here’s the link: http://musiccityhepkitten.wix.com/music-city-hepkitten
Samantha Snyder–This is a great idea! I love the concept of incorporating the lovely spring colors into your makeup. Normally I just slap on my standard look, and barely ever change it (although I impressed myself by matching my eye shadow with my shirt the other day). 🙂 It does have a nice natural look to it, too.
I gotta say, my favorite part of the video was the bloopers at the end. :D:D I do that often – get so cracked up that I can’t pull it back together. And doing it on camera is always twice as epic. I was totally laughing out loud, especially when the blush kept on falling out of the container. 😉
