Who in the world could get Spring Blues? If you have a blue dress, blue shoes, and cloudy weather, I’d say, “Sure, its possible”.
Though clouds may cover us,
He still carries us,
The sun shines above bright as day.
In our walk with the LORD, there can be many trials, ordeals and shaking events that seemingly ruin our life plans. But stop. There you have the key words that actually “ruin” us–our life plans. We really can’t have a perfect life here on earth, even when we think all is fine and dandy, there could be trouble ahead. But I do not say this to frighten or cause doubt about what your own life looks like right now, instead, I am merely reflecting upon what our family’s journey has been like. There have been times of plenty, and times in which there was less than plenty. Times when I wish I knew what in the world the Lord was thinking to put us through the unexpected. Times afterwards in which I can look back and see the Lord’s mighty work in our lives, and praise and bless His Holy Name with all joy and satisfaction.
Well then, I’ll just say it plain–we’re in a time with less than plenty, and and wondering very much what the Lord will be doing in our lives in the near future. I could go on and on, but I won’t, because there is no need to. Neither is there a need to share exactly what the Lord is bringing us through. Our prayers are being lifted up, and we are hoping in His good timing. Before long we shall see what He will do, and hopefully be able to see His wondrous hand in it all once more.
Blues easily creep in when my mind begins to wander over all the many unknowns, leading me down to a depth I rarely descend to. Then up I shoot, out of the great waters, with a prayer of hope and excitement on my lips, asking for something that I only dare believe the Lord will do. Do you ever feel this way, about uncertain time? Its almost like you transform into a bipolar attitude towards life. One moment you are terrified, the next you can’t wait to see what will happen.

How do you deal with a great uncertainty?
Do you pray for the LORD’S will to be done?
Do you cower in fear at what could be ahead of you?
Waiting… waiting to see His hand.

P.S. I have a hunch you all would like to see a tutorial on how I do my perky victory rolls (much different than the flat ones!), so I will endeavor to get a tutorial up here as soon as may be. 🙂
