We are SO excited to introduce you all to a lovely fellow blogger (and photographer!), Haley! Enjoy her fabulous, inspiring outfit post; and be sure to give her a warm welcome in the comments!
Hello everyone! I’m Haley. I live on a farm in Kansas. I’m fifteen years old. I like my mornings early and my books thick. I blog over at Haley Jane. I was so excited when The Boyer Family Singers contacted me about doing a guest post! Their blog is one of the best around and I’m always so inspired by the lovely content they post.
One of my newly discovered passions is digging through racks of clothes at the thrift store and incorporating those pieces into my wardrobe. Let me tell ya — some real gems can be found!
One of the advantages of shopping at thrift stores is that it allows you to try out some new styles without paying a pretty penny. The outfit I put together for you today includes two items that I don’t usually wear: a high-waisted skirt (50 cents!) and a slouchy hat (25 cents!). But I kept it comfortable with a gingham button-up and my boots.
Gingham top: GAP
Corduroy skirt: Thrifted (Eddie Bauer)
Belt: Old Navy
Brown tights: Target
Thanks for following along and I hope this inspires you to do some thrifting! 🙂 Also, thank you Charlotte, Jessica, and Brigid for having me guest post today!
