Hello my dears!
Well, it has been quite a while since I’ve done a COS collage, now hasn’t it? Well, to make this post just a little more “real” so-to-speak, I’m going to update the collage method of COS by actually re-creating an outfit similar to the one above. Sound like fun? Ok-ey do-key 🙂
Now, the hard part about this is that I don’t have everything to re-create the outfit to the T, but that’s when creativity comes into play! The main idea is to capture the basic elements and techniques illustrated through the ensemble.
The first collage features elements like subtle “background” pieces (the cardigan, cami, and skirt), and bright accessories (the necklace, purse, and shoes.) It also includes certain shapes and items, like a structured cardigan, flow-y skirt, neutral camisole, flat shoes, statement necklace, and boldly colored, structured purse. So that is my “assignment” for the outfit that I formed from the articles of my wardrobe.
And this is my ensemble 🙂 Now I won’t be wearing this particular outfit tomorrow, as the weather forecasts a sweaty, stormy 80˚, so yeah… Not a great day for a cardigan 😉 BUT, I do believe this outfit may just sneak its way out when the weather cools down more.
